This store ensures that it limits requests for information to what is required to ensure excellent customer service currently and in future, and in the interests of recommending products and services to you that are believed will be of interest and provide value to you. Most of the information that may be requested is very basic and includes: name, address, telephone number, description of the item(s) ordered or purchased and signature for credit card/traveler cheque payments. For credit card payments with a card that is not "Chip and Pin" we require photo ID to validate the identity of the card holder. For payments with traveler cheque we require signature, photo ID and passport to validate customer identity. (These are very important security steps to protect our customers). For cash and debit card payments if you don't want to provide your name, address and phone number we will gladly process your purchase without this information.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Customer name, address, telephone number and a description of the item(s) returned or exchanged is required to process a refund. In addition, for the protection of our business and our customers, this may also require the original receipt and photo identification. Controlling losses assures our ability to service customer's needs at competitive prices. Having such information will also allow follow up in the event there has been an error in the return's processing by the store.
